Editorial inquiries

For a story tip, tell us what is new, who is affected and which primary documents or people can verify the claim. Useful tips often include product documentation, research papers, release notes, public records, datasets or direct knowledge of a significant change.

For interview requests or background briefings, include the subject, people available, timing and any embargo conditions at the start of the message.

Corrections

Accuracy matters. Please include the page URL, the exact sentence or data point in question, an explanation of the issue and the strongest available source. We review factual corrections separately from disagreements about analysis or editorial judgment.

When a correction materially changes a story, we aim to make the update visible to readers rather than silently replacing the original wording.

Review requests

We consider products, developer tools, computing systems, robotics platforms and research releases that fit our coverage. A useful request includes public specifications, pricing, availability, review access and any testing restrictions.

Submitting a product or arranging access does not guarantee coverage, timing or a favorable conclusion. Our reviews remain guided by reader value and independent editorial judgment.

Accessibility

Tell us which page, device or assistive technology was involved and what prevented you from completing the task.

Press and partnerships

Security

Do not send passwords, access tokens or sensitive personal data. Start with a concise description of the affected page and potential impact.

What to expect

We prioritize messages that are specific, evidence-based and relevant to our coverage. Editorial review is not a promise to publish or respond individually, and confidentiality should not be assumed until an editor explicitly agrees to it.
